NextGen Conejo Valley is our newest Echelon Group! Last month, group moderator and mentor, Chris Galeski, hosted a mixer to welcome new members and prospects. The group had a great evening of networking, discussion, and learning about the person-first approach that the group will be centered around.
E1 Warner Center had a great conversation about who is NOT your perfect client. So many times we think we know who to refer to our colleagues, but getting even deeper with who is NOT a good fit for them is almost more important.
NextGen Calabasas members discussed if their company has a motto (either official or unofficial) when it comes to client relationships or the work they do. They talked about how it applies to their client work and if they also have one personally. Another interesting topic that emerged during this meeting was what fictional work would each member want to live in?
E1 Agoura/Westlake members discussed mindfulness. Specifically, they talked about calendaring, prioritizing, planning, slowing down, taking breaks, and breathing.
E1 Woodland Hills discussed how to deal with clients who don’t pay their bills, reputation management, and personal brands.
