Bar certified in both California and Nevada, Jessica works diligently with her clients, helping separating spouses find common ground, avoiding litigation when possible. Jessica also helps her clients move their lives forward, especially when children are involved, to determine and achieve the most desirable outcome.

Retired Tax Specialist, Frank Taylor, is a leader in state & local taxes. With over 25 years of experience, he has worked with sales/use, income, property taxes as well as business licenses, annual reports and unclaimed property. His experience includes working with all states, including the District of Columbia. He has successfully managed engagements that included planning, compliance, nexus studies, reverse audits, claims for refunds, audit defense, and managed audits. Frank has been a frequent speaker on state tax topics with TEI, IPT, COST and the California Society of CPAs.
