E1 Agoura/Westlake discussed the book The Convenience Revolution which emphasizes the fact that a business can rise above its competition if it makes working with that business easy.
E1 Woodland Hills discussed how everyone has done with Cloud-based technology, transitioning to cloud servers, and best practices on doing so. They also workshopped with Stephanie Vitacco on the new changes in residential Real Estate that took effect in August, and how she needs to alter the way business is going to be done. This is a life-altering change for real estate agents and they brainstormed on how she can shine.
NextGen Calabasas discussed what the most fun/rewarding part of their jobs. What is the most challenging part of it? They had a really interesting conversation full of unique things that everyone has specific to their work, but also a lot of relatable things between industries.
E1 East Valley discussed progress towards their year-end goals. Topics included making a business goal to get a company bonus before year-end, and continued conversations about succession planning, and mentoring the next generation of business leaders.
