E1 Warner Center met last month to discuss what new clients they each needed, getting deep into specifics!
NextGen Calabasas discussed if Zoom has or has not done away with the traditional phone call; effectively utilizing conference calls, Zooms, texts etc. when communicating with clients and colleagues; how we’ve shifted our usage of zoom calls before, during and post-pandemic; and how communication styles/methods with clients vary by industry.
