We’re wrapping up 2024!
As we wrap up the year, we just want to say how grateful we are for each of you. Your support, collaboration, and energy are what makes Echelon truly special. Together, we’ve built a community of collaboration, growth, and shared success. We look forward to an even more impactful year ahead, filled with new opportunities and connections.
Wishing you a joyful and safe holiday season and a rewarding New Year!

Continuing their DEI discussion, they concluded that generational differences may pose the biggest diversity issues in the future.

“I’d say a big benefit to being an Echelon member is primarily the smaller size of their gatherings, where you can share more intimate knowledge and easily build new relationships with your fellow members. Plus, their members are fun! I’d tell anyone who’s not a member they’re missing out…the benefits that Echelon provides are just not available in other groups.”
