Lee is a graduate of both the University of California at Santa Barbara and Pepperdine University where he received his J.D. He is a founding partner of this firm with more than 25 years of experience. Lee has successfully represented employers in a variety of employment law matters, including wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and individual and class action wage and hour lawsuits. He practices both in state and federal court and also before the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the United States Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division, the California Department of Industrial Relations, Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, the Employment Development Department of the State of California and the U.S. Immigration and Customs and Enforcement division of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
