Don began his career at a small public accounting firm in Pasadena before he opened his own firm. In 1998, Don merged his practice with Brian Jaye’s practice to form what is now known as JRRO. Don works very closely with the firm’s construction industry clients with an emphasis on the percentage of completion accounting method. Don is a member of the California CPA Society and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He holds his Certified Public Accounting (CPA) license, the Global Management Accounting (CGMA) designation. He is also a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP). The CCIFP is the only construction industry-recognized designation for a financial professional.
