Award-winning entrepreneur, designer, and author Marty Stevens-Heebner is the Founder and CEO of Clear Home Solutions^®. When it comes to later life and all the treasures that go with it, Marty and her staff of experts have the compassion and know-how to manage it all. She’s the President of the thousand-member National Association of Senior Move Managers (NASMM) and was the first Certified Senior Move Manager (SMM-C) in the country.

 

Recognized as an expert in the senior services sector and later life living, Marty has been a featured presenter at national and regional conferences, including those of NASMM, the American Moving and Storage Association, the California Medicare Expo and Wheaton Worldwide’s national corporate meetings.

 

Marty was inspired to launch this endeavor in 2013 by her experiences helping her 90-year-old father and 88-year-old aunt with Alzheimer’s manage their lives and belongings in a culture that too often ignores the needs of older adults and their families.

 

Clear Home Solutions was the first national accredited firm in her industry to serve Los Angeles, Ventura, and Santa Barbara Counties. Marty is also a Certified Professional Organizer (CPO) and a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS).

 

Marty is also the founder and CEO of a new venture – AgeWise Alliance, where older adults and their families go to find the answers and professionals they need for all of aging’s challenges. How to Move Your Mom (and still be on speaking terms afterward), Marty’s podcast, is dedicated to later life and all its idiosyncrasies.

 

Prior to founding Clear Home Solutions, she earned her bachelor’s degree at Cornell University and her master’s from UCLA. Marty was also the founder and president of Rebagz Handbags, which was named California Small Business of the Year.
